    1. Eligibility for Refunds:

1.1. Failed Deliverables: If Growth Launchers fails to deliver the agreed-upon Facebook advertising services as outlined in the signed contract or statement of work, and we are unable to rectify the situation within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

1.2. Over payment: In the event of accidental over payment for our services, we will refund the excess amount upon notification and verification.

 

    1. Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

2.1. Changes in Business Strategy: Growth Launchers is not responsible for any changes in your business strategy or circumstances that may affect the success of the Facebook advertising campaigns. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for such situations.

2.2. Client-side Issues: Refunds will not be provided if the client experiences technical issues, website downtime, or other problems on their end that may hinder the effectiveness of the Facebook advertising campaigns.

2.3. Failure to Provide Necessary Information: If the client fails to provide necessary information, assets, or access to accounts required for executing the Facebook advertising campaigns, refunds will not be issued.

2.4. Performance-Based Services: In cases where the payment is based on the performance of the campaigns, refunds will not be provided as the results are subject to various factors, including ad platform algorithms and market conditions.

2.5. Early Contract Termination: If the client terminates the contract prematurely before the agreed-upon time frame for the services, no refunds will be issued.

3.1. Request for Refund: To request a refund, the client must submit a written refund request to hello@growthlaunchers.com and write REFUND in the subject line. The request should include the details of the issue and any supporting evidence.

3.2. Refund Evaluation: Growth Launchers will review the refund request and investigate the circumstances that led to the request. This process may involve communication with the client and relevant team members.

3.3. Refund Decision: Once the evaluation is complete, Growth Launchers will notify the client of the refund decision. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date of approval.
